Smoked Salmon Pizza

Ingredients

  • Frozen whole meal pizza dough( 2balls)
  • 1 packet grated mozzarella
  • 1 packet 200g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 green pesto sauce
  • 1 jar / container grilled artichoke
  • 2 tsps capers

Directions

  1. Bring out the dough the night before to defrost in fridge.
  2. Bring to room temperature for 30min.
  3. Switch oven to 220C.
  4. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper & spray with oil.
  5. Roll out the dough to 9in circle.
  6. Spread the pesto on top.
  7. Sprinkle with the mozzarella.
  8. Divide the salmon strips between the 2 pizzas.
  9. Slice the artichokes sprinkle on top , followed by the capers.
  10. Place in oven . Swap the position of the trays half way through, to allow for even baking.
