Smoked Salmon Pizza
Makes 2 pizzas

Ingredients
- Frozen whole meal pizza dough( 2balls)
- 1 packet grated mozzarella
- 1 packet 200g smoked salmon
- 1/2 green pesto sauce
- 1 jar / container grilled artichoke
- 2 tsps capers
Directions
- Bring out the dough the night before to defrost in fridge.
- Bring to room temperature for 30min.
- Switch oven to 220C.
- Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper & spray with oil.
- Roll out the dough to 9in circle.
- Spread the pesto on top.
- Sprinkle with the mozzarella.
- Divide the salmon strips between the 2 pizzas.
- Slice the artichokes sprinkle on top , followed by the capers.
- Place in oven . Swap the position of the trays half way through, to allow for even baking.
